Open Local Group Policy Editor (Win + R, gpedit.msc) and go to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components then either Windows Explorer (Win 7) or File Explorer (Win 8).
Enable Turn off the caching of thumbnails in hidden thumbs.db files.
